William J. "Jeff" Hanlin Individual Health Broker 8 Years Experience Jeff has been licensed in the insurance business since January of 2002, and he joined Volk & Bell Benefits in 2003. As the Individual Health Broker, Jeff is responsible for gathering quotes, creating proposals and assisting with claims and customer service for those persons with individual insurance. His experience also includes work as an office manager, licensed agent and account manager. Jeff is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and further maintains excellent rapport with all the individual insurance carriers in the state of Colorado.
