Lingling Gallacher Customer Service Specialist 5+ Years Experience Lingling joined Front Range Insurance Group and the Volk & Bell team in 2006 following several years with one of the nationwide insurance companies in California. There she gained valuable experience in employee benefits that has carried over into our organization. Because of her in-depth knowledge of the internal processes and procedures with both insurance carriers and medical providers, Lingling is able to offer unparalleled customer service to our clients and the other Volk & Bell staff. Lingling’s strength lies in her ability to work directly with insurance providers on benefit enrollment issues, assist in finding contracted providers and responding promptly to benefit questions. She is also highly skilled in the composition and spoken languages of both English and Mandarin.
