Claims Advocacy Specialist 26+ Years Experience Mary has been in the insurance industry for over 26 years. She joined Front Range Insurance Group and Volk & Bell Benefits in 2002. Mary has an extensive career background in medical billing, insurance practices and customer service as well as professional experience in both the hospital and physician’s office setting. Mary specializes in claims advocacy and is the first point of contact for all claims issues and benefit questions. She interacts with and provides customer service to our clients on a daily basis.
