Shelly Berry Group Services Specialist 9 Years Experience Since 2000, Shelly has been a part of the team offering exemplary customer service for both employer groups and their employees. Specifically, she assists our clients by responding to claims questions, billing discrepancies, and benefit questions. She specializes in disability and life claims. Shelly spends her time getting to know the client and understanding your benefit plans. With her knowledge of your plan and staying abreast of laws and updates in the employee benefits industry she is able to respond proactively in most situations. Part of managing claims is to act as your first point of contact, be able to investigate the claims issues and help to resolve any insurance claims issue that may arise.
